As representatives of the participating team, we acknowledge and agree that, in consideration of GSI Sports, Sporting Iowa Soccer Club, and/or JUSC accepting our team's application and permitting participation in the Sporting Iowa Fall Festivals, we hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless GSI Sports, JUSC, Johnston Soccer Club, Urbandale Soccer Club, Sporting Iowa Soccer Club, and their respective officers, directors, employees, officials, sponsors, coaches, referees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, or loss sustained by any registered participant in connection with the tournament, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We further certify that every player registered with our team is covered by a valid and approved medical insurance plan, as required for participation in youth soccer competitions.
Weather Conditions and Tournament Decisions
We understand and acknowledge that adverse weather conditions and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of tournament organizers may result in delays, modifications, postponements, or cancellations of scheduled matches.
We agree that GSI Sports and the Tournament Committee shall have the authority to determine field playability, adjust schedules, modify competition formats, and make final decisions regarding match results and tournament outcomes.
By participating in the tournament, we agree to abide by these decisions and acknowledge that weather-related disruptions or cancellations shall not automatically entitle teams to refunds, compensation, or other reimbursement, subject to the tournament's published refund policy and applicable law.
By submitting our team's registration, we confirm that we have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
