Team Registration for the Idaho Futsal League

I understand that in addition to the league fees, each player must register with United States Youth Futsal (USYF).  The $15.00 per player fee and player releases are completed and paid online by the player/parent/guardian (P/P/G).  Players will not be eligible to participate unless payment is received and released authorized.  Outdoor player registrations issued from US Club, AYSO, USYSA, State Associations. etc. are not valid for registration with USYF.

Players who have registered and paid the $15.00 for the first session of USYF Idaho Futsal (Nov-Dec 2026) DO NOT need to register with USYF again.  When entering such players to create your Session II roster, to avoid the player from having to pay again, you must enter the player information above exactly as it was input the first time the player was registered for the current futsal year.

Once the event begins, there are no refunds of the USYF fees.

Player registration forms will be automatically sent to the P/P/G when the manager enters players into the rosters.

FOR RETURNING TEAM MANAGERS - If you previously registered a team with HTGSports (this year or any previous years) and would like to have access to the same players you previously had on a roster, you must use the same email address for the team manager that was used when the old roster was created. (players follow the manager’s email). The email is entered in the Manager Information box below,

In that situation, your User ID and password is the same as last time you accessed the system.

U.S. Youth Futsal (USYF) mandates background checks for all registered coaches and team managers as part of the organization's focus on player safety.  If a USYF background check has been completed for the first USYF Idaho Futsal season (Nov-Dec 2026), that is still valid for the second season (Jan-Feb 2027).

But if a recent background check has been completed in your outdoor league, another one must be completed with the USYF provider.  The USYF Background Check Registration Link will be included in your registration confirmation e-mail. It is a much more comprehensive check that the local background check for some outdoors soccer organizations.

We acknowledge there are NO game RESCHEDULES.

We acknowledge that even though I have selected a preferred VENUE for my HOME GAMES (and Idaho Futsal tries very hard to accommodate this), this is not always possible due to court availability. 

We acknowledge our team may have to play games as a VISITOR team on Fridays and/or Saturday (and maybe Wednesdays, although we have very minimal slots on this weekday). None of this affects your HOME games.

Games Cancelled by a Team
If an opponent cancels a game or does not show for the game, the other team may use the field of play for the scheduled game time for practice or scrimmage. There are no refunds for games cancelled by opponents.

If a team must cancel a game, call the Idaho Futsal administrator at help@idahoyouthfutsal.org as soon as possible so we can notify the referees and give the other team a chance to plan accordingly. Cancelling a game not only short-changes your team, but your scheduled opponent.

Games cancelled by a team will incur the following fees:

- Less than 48 hours notice: $200 + Full Referees fees for both teams

- 3 to 7 days notice: $100 + Full Referees fees for both teams

- More than 1 week notice: $50
