 Liability Waiver

We, as representatives of the participating team, in consideration of GSI Sports accepting this team’s application and permitting participation in the GSI All Girls Fall Cup, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless GSI Sports, its officials, sponsors, coaches, referees, and representatives from any and all claims arising from injury to any registered participant on this team.

We further certify that each registered player is covered by an approved medical insurance plan, as required for youth soccer participation.

We acknowledge that adverse weather conditions are acts of God and agree to accept all decisions made by tournament officials regarding field conditions, playability, and the outcomes of competition. Such decisions are final and not subject to appeal, objection, or compensation.

We accept that our team is required to utilize one of the sanctioned hotels and book the rooms through GCI Team Travel. We agree that a team failing to utilize GCI Team Travel will not be permitted to participate in the tournament.

 Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the 2026 GSI All Girls Fall Cup.

Teams may cancel their registration prior to the deadline of August 12, 2026, and will receive a refund of their fees minus a $75 administrative fee. After this deadline, no refunds will be issued.
