I understand that in addition to the Futsal ID Trial player registration fee ( $266).

Each player must register with United States Youth Futsal (USYF) yearly. The $15 USYF player fee and player releases are completed and paid online by the player/parent/guardian (P/P/G). Players will not be eligible to participate in any USYF event, unless payment is received and released authorized.  Outdoor player registrations issued from US Club, AYSO, USYSA, State Associations. etc. are not valid for registration with USYF.

If you have already paid the USYF Player registration fee for the year 2025-26 then you DO NOT need to pay and register again. 

Double-check the name of the player and the date of birth (DOB) above to confirm they are input correctly or the USYF registration will not be valid.

Please note :  If the event gets cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, including anything that it will be considered as force majeure a full refund will be issued minus any non-recoverable administrative expenses.

Thank you for registering for the VA State Futsal ID Trials.  You may cancel your registration before the May 14, 2026 and receive a refund of your fees minus a $45 administrative fee.  After the registration deadline, no refunds will be given.
