We as representative of this participating team, to induce Omaha Surf to accept this team application and permit participation in the Surf Pre-Season Challenge, do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Omaha Surf officials, sponsors, coaches, referees, and/or representatives from any claim arising from injury to a named participant of this team and hereby certified that each player registered is covered by an approved medical insurance plan as required for youth soccer. We recognize and acknowledge that adverse weather is an act of God and agree to accept the decisions of the tournament officials at to playability and therefore the outcomes of competition without any appeal, objection or compensation whatever.

 Refund Policy

Teams not accepted into the tournament will receive a full refund. Teams that withdraw after they are accepted forfeit their entry fee. There are no refunds for games not played due to forfeits.

If the tournament is cancelled due to governmental health / pandemic regulations, the full entry fee will be refunded.  Once a team has been accepted into the tournament and games are cancelled, shortened, or modified in any way due to inclement weather, or other acts beyond the tournament’s control, refunds will be based upon the following criteria: (1) No games played: refund of entry fee minus 25%. (2) 1 game played: refund of entry fee minus 50%. (3) 2 or more games played: there will be no refunds. All refunds will be sent to the club treasurer or identified team contact.
