 Refund Policy

Refund Policy – 2025 Brian Mejia Paxtor 5v5 Tournament

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund Deadline: Teams that notify us by February 9, 2025, will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
  • Partial Refund: After February 9, a $50 administrative fee will apply, and teams will receive a refund of $100 only.
