 Refund Policy

Your registration has been received by the event director and payment is required in order for your team to be fully accepted into the event. If your team is not accepted into the festival and payment was received, a full refund will be issued to the account/individual who made payment. You may cancel your registration prior to the deadline and receive a refund minus $50.00 processing fee, after the event deadline - there are no refunds. All refunds will be processed at the conclusion of the event. If games are canceled and not completed due to weather, you're team will receive a pro rated refund minus any games which were completed through the festival period, or a credit may be applied to a future event.
