We as representative of this participating team, to induce Sporting Iowa East to accept this team application and permit participation in the Soccer Tournament, do hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless Sporting Iowa East Soccer Club, PLD Sports, The TBK Bank Sports Complex, officials, sponsors, coaches, referees, and/or representatives from any claim arising from injury to a named participant of this team and hereby certified that each player registered is covered by an approved medical insurance plan as required for youth soccer.

We recognize and acknowledge that adverse weather is an "act of God" and agree to accept the decisions of the tournament officials at to play-ability and therefore the outcomes of competition without any appeal, objection or compensation whatever.
By submitting this application, you certify you have read and understand the online application and that all of the information provided is true and accurate and (this serves as an electronic signature) you agree on behalf of your team to abide by all the tournament rules.

 Refund Policy

If a team pulls out more than 30 days before the start date, a full refund minus administrative fee of $50 will be returned.  Any team dropping out between 29 days and 18 days before will be eligible for a 60% refund. Any team dropping out 17 days before up to the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund policy; In the event mother nature prohibits the event refunds will be given in the following circumstances:
No games played – 70% Refund
1 game played – No refund
