Individual Player Registration

COMPETITIVE - I comprise my self and my kid to play in Naples Eagles Futsal Club for futsal and soccer season.

Practices are three times a week. Soccer League is usually play on Saturday or Sundays mornings and Futsal League Saturdays afternoon. (Fall and Spring Futsal and Soccer Season are included in your monthly fees. Tournaments are not included)

Season begins on August 1st, 2024, and ends on May 31st, 2025.

If for any reason you decide not to continue, you will still be responsible for the rest of the season payments. (If you choose monthly payments)

We have VEO recordings for some league soccer and Futsal games. You can request to Fernando calling or texting to 239-200-5333 to add you in case you are not yet.

Naples Eagles Fees. - All teams $1500 per season. You can choose to pay $150 monthly on automatic payments.

What is included:

• Three practices
• Soccer League (Fall Season) 
• Futsal League (Fall and Spring)

Players that did not pay the monthly fees by the 5th day won’t be able to play or practice until the payment is made.

I compromise to bring my kid to every practices and league game order to see results. If my kid can not come to a practice or game should notify the coaches, and Katty Saba to 239-384-4997 by text or call a least 48 hours (games) and practices can be done the same day if inconvenience occurs and explain the reason of the absence.

I understand that in addition to the club fees, each player must register with United States Youth Futsal (USYF).  The $13.50per player fee and player releases are completed and paid online by the player/parent/guardian (P/P/G).  Players will not be eligible to participate unless payment is received and released authorized. 

The USYF player registration link will be included in the registration confirmation email.

Outdoor player registrations issued from US Club, AYSO, USYSA, State Associations. etc. are not valid for registration with USYF.

 Once the event begins, there is no refund of the fee.

CRITICAL NOTICE- Double-check the name of the player and the date of birth (DOB) above to confirm they are input correctly or the USYF registration will not be valid.  Also, if the player has already registered and paid the USYF player registration fee in the current year (8/1/2024 - 7/31/2025), to avoid having to pay again, you must enter the player information exactly as it was input the first time the player was input and paid for the current year.  Changing the player name or DOB from the previous registration will cause the system to recognize the player as a new player and will charge the fee again

Naples Futsal FC Uniform Policy

• All players must attend practices in their BLUE uniform. These include Jersey, Shorts, socks, and shin guards.
• All players must have futsal and soccer balls and bring them to each practice.
• Games. - All players must bring all their uniforms (Blue and White Jersey).
• If you required a new Jerseys, shorts, or sock please text Katty 239-200-5333 with your son/daughter’s name, age division, and number (new players will get a number available).
