Individual Player Registration

USYF Member Dues are not included in the Pre-Development Academy registration fees. This annual membership is valid from 8/1/2023– 7/31/2024. All Pre-Development Academy players are required have a valid USYF player pass membership ($13.50) to participate in this program. Additional details regarding completing your USYF player pass will be sent to you before the start of the season.  

Game Play, including leagues, game days, tournaments, etc. are optional and as such are not included in the Pre-Development Academy registration fees. Additional game fees vary depending on the venue and event, and may range from $25 to $90 per event (events are typically 1-6 games). Game fees will be collected individually for each event. Again, game play is optional.

New players are required to purchase a Futsal Factory Academy uniform (jersey required, shorts & socks optional). Existing players can use their existing uniform. Individual uniform pieces are available for purchase, should players need new jerseys, shorts, or socks. The player uniform is purchased separately through our online Hummel store and is not included in the Academy registration fees.

Additional details regarding the Pre-Development Academy program will be sent before the start of the season.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations occurring 3 weeks before the start of the program are eligible to receive 100% refund, less processing fees. 
• Cancellations occurring 2 weeks before the start of the program are eligible to receive 50% refund, less processing fees. 
• Cancellations occurring less than 2 weeks before the start of the program are eligible for a 50% credit.
• In order to maintain the quality of our programs, cancellations occurring less than 2 weeks before the start of the program are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Uniform fees and USYF Academy Membership fees are all non-refundable.

Injury / Illness: I recognize the possibility of physical injury / illness associated with soccer/futsal, and hereby release, discharge, and otherwise indemnify Vision Soccer Training | Futsal Factory, its coaches and affiliates with the Vision Soccer Training / Futsal Factory program against any claim by or on behalf of the player registered here as a result of that players participation in this training program.

Use of Likeness: I grant to Vision Soccer Training and Futsal Factory, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, the registered participant, and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize Vision Soccer Training and Futsal Factory, its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Vision Soccer Training may use such photographs of me and / or the registered participant, with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.

Location Changes: Our programs are run at local facilities owned and operated by City, County or private entities. Occasionally, we will be asked to move locations, after a programs registration was opened. These changes are not within our control. To limit impacts to families, any facility change is limited to a 10 mile radius from the initial program location. If your facility is moved further than 10 miles, you will be given an option to receive a refund for any sessions at the new location, or be issued a credit for those sessions. If a location change is within 10 miles from the original location, refunds, credits, or transfers can not be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.
