 Waivers

 I,  (parent or guardian), being of lawful age, for the consideration of allowing my child to participate in activities at or affiliated with Victory Through Jesus Sports Ministry hereby acknow ledge that injuries may occur and as parent and/or guardian of said minor child hereby waive any and all liability for any and all injuries sustained by minor child other than gross negligence, I furthermore, hereby release and forever discharge Victory Through Jesus Sports Ministry and it’s agents, and it’s successors and assigns, heirs, executors, and administrators, and all other persons, firms, and corporations, of and from any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatsoever kind and nature, arising from, and all injuries sustained which liability is hereby expressly denied.
We hereby release the use of any photos/videos taken during any events to Victory Soccer Camps.

 Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY:

If you register your child and would like a refund and it is before 7 days prior to camp, you can receive a refund of  $74.  We have a $25 non-refundable administration fee.    If you cancel your registration after 7 days prior to camp, there is no refund. 

If you have registered for a camp and later decide that week doesn't work for you, we offer other campsites in the metro area as an option for you.

There is no refund for camp cancellation due to inclement weather or for poor field conditions due to weather conditions.  However, we do our best to offer make up days at one of our other campsites.

Please note our camps costs 40%-60% less than the majority soccer camps in the metro area (British camps, college camps, and etc...)
