Team Manager/Coach Acknowledgment and Responsibility Agreement
By electronically signing this registration, I acknowledge and agree that I am the designated team manager, coach, or authorized representative for my team and accept responsibility for the conduct of all players, coaches, team staff, parents, guardians, and spectators associated with my team throughout the event.
I understand that maintaining a positive, respectful, and sportsmanlike environment is the responsibility of everyone associated with my team. I agree to ensure that all players, coaches, parents, and spectators adhere to the league's Code of Conduct and demonstrate appropriate behavior toward referees, opponents, league staff, facility personnel, and other participants. I understand that unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, threats, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by league officials may result in disciplinary action, including warnings, removal from the facility, suspension, forfeiture of games, or dismissal from the league.
By signing this agreement, I also acknowledge that it is my responsibility to review and understand all league rules, policies, procedures, and participation requirements prior to the start of the competition. I further understand that I am responsible for communicating these rules and expectations to all players, parents, guardians, and spectators associated with my team.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with league rules, facility policies, or behavioral expectations may result in disciplinary action against individual participants and/or the team as determined by league administration.
By electronically signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this acknowledgment and responsibility agreement.
